From what time is the room I booked available?
Our aim is to reduce your wait to the shortest possible time! If your room was not occupied the night before the day of your arrival, you will find it ready for you in the morning. If this is not the case, we will prepare it for you as soon as it is vacated, with the utmost care for perfect cleanliness and complete tidying up of the room. The room must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure, so, at the latest, by 3 pm of the same day the room will be ready and at your disposal.
Until what time can I use my room on the day of departure?
The room must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. A longer period of use of the room (e.g., until the evening) can be arranged upon request and subject to availability. This option must however be expressly agreed with reception and may involve an additional fee (Day Use).
Where can I park my car?
The Hotel Lungomare has a large, unguarded, outdoor private car park with 80 parking spaces: we recommend reserving a space, which is subject to availability. Accessibility is guaranteed 24 hours a day and your parking space will be reserved until the end of your holiday. The service is charged for daily use and is not included in the cost of the room. The additional fee is € 10.00 per day. On your arrival you will need to contact reception to access your reserved parking space.
If I come on holiday by train/bus, how do I get to your hotel?
Hotel Lungomare is about 800 metres from both the railway station and the Cervia bus stop. We recommend using a taxi service, which can be booked on 0544 973737. If you have light luggage and wish to take a walk to the hotel, click here for directions.
How can I access the Wi-Fi?
Accessing Wi-Fi at Hotel Lungomare is very simple, simply register with the “Hotel Lungomare” network, which offers Internet connectivity throughout the hotel.
At what times are breakfast, lunch and dinner served?
Breakfast is served from 07:30 am until 10:00 am
Lunch is served from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm
Dinner is served from 7:30 pm until 8:30 pm

What kind of service does the hotel restaurant offer?
It is possible to have lunch or dinner in the hotel's indoor dining room, choosing from a choice of 3 first courses and 3 second courses from the daily menu, ranging from typical Romagna specialities to fish dishes.
In order to guarantee the best experience for our guests, the menu changes daily, with 1 special Romagna-themed evening each week.
Appetizers and fresh seasonal vegetables are set out in the free buffet.

If I am gluten-intolerant, what are your arrangements?
Our kitchen staff are well prepared for coeliac disease in its standard form, as the basic rules of the eating disorder are observed. However, as we do not have a protected area for food preparation, airborne contamination cannot be monitored.
Is the hotel organised to accommodate small children?
For our youngest guests, the kitchen staff is ready to prepare fresh food each day from weaning onwards: vegetable broth, vegetable soup, meat, fish and more. Variations are to be indicated when compiling the menu and homogenised food or various powdered creams (e.g., Tapioca) are not provided.

How is the beach service organised?
Guests who book with the All-Inclusive formula at the Hotel Lungomare are guaranteed a beach service with 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room, included in the price.
Guests who choose the Bed and Breakfast formula can take advantage of preferential rates with the beaches in front of the hotel.

Should I bring my own beach towels?
Hotel Lungomare provides beach towels for guests staying with the All-Inclusive formula. A deposit must be paid at the time of delivery, which will be returned when the towels are collected. Service not available for Comfort and Basic rooms.
Are pets allowed?
At Hotel Lungomare you are allowed to enter your room with your furry friend, respecting the other hotel guests. Therefore, pets are not allowed in the internal common areas. Exceptions are the entrance routes, where you are asked to keep your pets on a leash or carry them in pet carriers. Please note that staying with pets will incur a daily fee on the room rate, so please indicate your pet's presence when booking.
If I return late at night, do I have to give notice?
No problem, there is a 24-hour reception at the Hotel Lungomare.
